- What happens after the trial?
- You're billed at the end of the 14-day trial, or as soon as Recover successfully recovers your first failed invoice. Whichever comes first. We'll email you 3 days before either.
- Do you take a percentage of recoveries?
- No. Flat fee. The first $99 you recover from a churning customer pays for the month.
- Will Recover talk to my customers without my approval?
- Recover only sends through the channels you've enabled in each recovery job (SMS, email, voice). You can preview templates and pause any job from the dashboard.
- What about TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consent?
- Built in. We honor STOP/HELP, respect quiet hours by customer timezone, include one-click unsubscribe in every email, and never make outbound AI voice calls (FCC Feb 2024 ruling). Inbound voice only.
- What Stripe access do you need?
- Read-only. We use Stripe OAuth with the
read_only scope and never store the access token. Disconnect anytime from your dashboard. - Can I close a recovery job and delete its data?
- Yes. "End job" wipes every invoice, nudge, thread, and message tied to that job in a single transaction with full audit trail.
